How to Get Your Car Released from Impound
1. Do we have have your vehicle?
To find out if we have your vehicle, search our inventory here. You’ll need your VIN number or tag number.
2. File an insurance claim (for accidents)
First connect with your insurance and initiate a claim, as insurance typically covers towing and storage costs.
3. Complete vehicle release form
Call 352-372-6340 to get pricing for releasing your vehicle and complete our vehicle release and hold harmless agreement form.
Note: Vehicles and personal items can be released to parties other than the registered owner of the vehicle, as long as the release form is completed and identities can be verified for both owner and authorized pickup person.
4. Payment & vehicle pickup
